This machine uses a water tank with a 2L capacity. The boiler system uses heat exchangers to keep the water at the right temperature whilst remaining at consistently high pressure for unbeaten steam.
You'll also find a 'Professional Pack' included with this model. The 'Professional Pack' adds an Over Pressure Valve (OPV) which controls pressure distributions and allows for the best possible extraction. If smooth and creamy espresso with a caramel-coloured crema is what you like, the Oscar II is the coffee machine for you.
