Profitec GO is a single boiler espresso machine, perfect for home use. It's compact, slimline design is the perfect size for tight spaces and the four colour options have been hand-selected to pop in anyone's home.
This machine has been designed to be quick. No one wants to wait around for their morning brew. The heating phase takes between 5 - 7 minutes from switching on. Once heated, you'll be able to pull shots of fresh espresso straight away.
The main benefits of the Profitec GO are it's size, ease of use and tons of accessories designed to make it easier for you to master the flat white, latte, cappuccino and mocha at home. It's neat and tidy, tucking away into any corner. Not that you'd want to hide it! The Profitec GO is an espresso machine you'll want on display.
The machine is equipped with a cup warmer, allowing you to warm your favourite mugs before you brew. Your Profitec GO will also come with a double shot portafilter, which you can use to make your favourite coffee-based drinks using either a double or single espresso.
This espresso coffee machine allows you to stay in control, showing you the coffee brewing time to the second. In order to pull the perfect shot of espresso, you are hoping to achieve an extraction time between 25 - 30 seconds. This can be affected by a number of factors including the grind size and quality of the beans you're using. Profitec GO makes this process as simple as possible for beginners with a time display by the second. Even professionals will be sure to take advantage of this feature.

Our espresso machines and electric coffee grinders for domestic and commercial use are subject to a statutory one-year warranty. Benefit from a free extended warranty (usually £80) when you create a coffee delivery plan.
Important Information
All warranty claims shall be contingent upon compliance with our operating instructions. The warranty period shall commence on the date of purchase (order confirmation required as proof) or date of dispatch when item was preordered. Where the customer is unable to produce this document, the date of production shall apply. Any repairs carried out under warranty shall not extend the warranty period; nor shall it start a new warranty period.
Scope of rectification of defects. Within the warranty period, our authorized retailer will rectify all defects on the product that are attributable to faulty workmanship or material defects. Where, in the case of a justified warranty claim, the defect cannot be rectified by the retailer within a reasonable period of time and where we refuse to rectify the defect or rectification is unreasonably delayed, we declare our willingness to supply a replacement free of charge, to reimburse the reduction in value of the product or to take back the product against reimbursement of the purchase price.
Warranty exclusion. The warranty shall not cover damages or malfunctions caused by non-compliance with our operating instructions, dropping, impact, fouling or lime scale build-up, inadequate care and cleaning, natural wear and tear on, for example, seals. The warranty shall lapse if the product has been opened or interfered with by an unauthorized party.
Warranty limitation. Any further claims, especially claims for compensation of damages incurred outside of the product, will not be entertained unless subject to statutory liability. Repairs under the existing warranty will be carried out by our authorized retailer.

I preordered, when will my Profitec GO be delivered?
The first drop has landed! All preorders are due to be dispatched on March 22nd 2023, with free DPD express delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you have Profitec GO available in the UK now?
Barista & Co have a limited number of red and black Profitec GO's available to order now with free express DPD delivery. If you order today, your home espresso machine will be with you in 2 -3 working days.
The blue and yellow Profitec GO's are currently available for preorder only, with delivery expected May 2023.
What is the difference between a single boiler and a dual boiler espresso machine?
The Profitec GO is a single boiler espresso machine which simply means you can't brew coffee and steam milk at the same time like you could do with a dual boiler. You can either brew your espresso shot then wait to bring your machine up to milk steaming temperature or you can steam your milk then let the machine cool slightly to be at the perfect brew temperature. This works really well for home machines as it gives you time to perfect your coffee and your milk, but coffee shops, hotels and restaurants would struggle to keep up with demand.
Is the Profitec GO an easy machine to learn to use?
Yes! One of the reasons we chose to partner with Profitec is because this espresso machine is ideal for beginners looking to learn about the perfect espresso shot. Once you've got the hang of pulling espresso shots and steaming milk, you can adjust your machine as you hone in on the perfect shot. Will my coffee machine be covered by warranty?
Yes! All of our espresso machines are covered by a 1-year warranty. During this time we'll service, repair or replace your espresso machine if anything goes wrong. We also offer an extended warranty which you can add at checkout. Our coffee subscribers are automatically covered by an extended warranty on their Profitec GO.
