An unbelievable coffee from the Gedeo region of Ethiopia, we're loving this as a pour over or filter brew. Ethiopian coffee is traditionally bright and zingy, somewhat tea like in flavour and complexity. You'll notice peach and apricot tasting notes coming through, cut through by sweet caramel undertones.
We've lightly roasted these beans just beyond the first crack so you can expect to experience the full flavour of the beans alongside some acidity. Grown at an altitude of 2000m, the elements really have contributed to making this Seasonal Guest one of our best yet and definitely our go to brew at Barista & Co Social.
