While we aim to offer the best prices for our products, there may be occasions when a retailer offers an item for less and we will match this.

Conditions of price match:

• We will match a retailers advertised product price plus their delivery charge
• The product advertised on a partner website is in stock and identical to the product you are ordering from baristaandco.com 
• A price match will only be agreed at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively (after you have purchased)
• The price match cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers
• We will only match approved retailers and that does include Amazon but does not include eBay sellers or unapproved Amazon sellers
• Our price match guarantee is currently only available in the UK
• Our offer to price match can be withdrawn at any time at our discretion

How to Request a Price Match?

You can request a price match by sending a link to the product through our chat function on the bottom of the website. If submitted outside of office hours we will get back to you within 2 working days. Thanks for your interest in our products.
