Raspberry Coffee Cooler Recipe
Ingredients
Cold brew
6x Raspberry Ice Cubes
1tsp. Raspberry Coulis
Method
Raspberry Ice Cubes:
Grab 6 raspberries
Place the raspberries in an ice cube tray and add water
Leave to freeze
Make a Cold Brew:
Add 30g of coarsely ground coffee to the One Brew or Core Coffee Press beaker
Fill with cold water and stir
Place in fridge for 18-24 hours, allowing the grounds to steep
Remove from fridge
Fill glass with the raspberry ice cubes
Pour the cold brew over the ice cubes
Add the raspberry coulis into the cold brew and stir until well blended
Tip: Add more coulis for a sweeter beverage
