Our B2B trade portal is open to new and existing wholesale customers, and will highlight all stock availabilty for Barista & Co and Bialetti.

If an item is out of stock and we have a shipment due in it will show the Due On date. If there is no date visible, this means we do not have a confirmed availability date. We recommend staying subscribed to our trade newsletter as we include restocks in the monthly email.

No, we do not hold backorders and for this reason it is not possible to order items that are out of stock.

We remove items from the website when they have been discontinued and will not be offered again.

We stock the best selling lines from Barista & Co, including coffee makers and accessories as well as our professional milk pitchers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our fresh roasted coffee beans outside of the UK.

As the official UK distributers of Bialetti, we offer a huge variety of stovetop coffee makers, coffee pods, Moka ground coffee, accessories and more from the brand. This range is only available on our B2B trade portal and will never be on Faire.

We aim to ship our trade orders on the same day if received by 11am. Once shipped, you should receive a tracking notification from DPD via text or email. If you are not receiving these notifications, please contact us and we will ensure we have the correct email and telephone number for you.

We use the email address that was provided when your account was set-up. If you have forgotten your password but are using this email address then you can request a password reset on the login page. If you have changed your email address or you would like to add a new email address for login, please email sales@baristaandco.com and include the email address you would like to use. One we have received this, we will send an invitation to that email. The invitations can often go into Spam and Junk inboxes so please check these.

We aim to process and approve account set-up within 2 working days. If you have not received an invitation please check your Spam and Junk folders. If you need the set-up to be expedited, please call us on 01202 619 500.

We offer spare parts for both Bialetti and Barista & Co in trade pack formats and you can find them on this website. If you can't order in trade pack quantities we suggest that you direct the customer to baristaandco.com or brewitalia.com.

Yes, you can find our image bank and logistic information here. This includes commodity codes for export customers. Please note you will only be able to access these resources once you have logged into your account. All our coffee has a shelf life of 1 year however to get the best flavour we recommended it is consumed with 8 weeks.
