Standard Guarantee

Our products carry a standard manufacturers guarantee of a minimum of 1 year, often longer (please see product page). We only offer this guarantee on products purchased through our website (, if you have purchased from another retailer you will have to review their returns policy. Please note we do not guarantee coffee or perishable products.

The guarantee omits

  • Paper filters
  • Products with nylon filters (Brew It Stick)
  • Coffee press stainless steel filters
  • Glass components
  • Coffee

What faults are covered?

  • Structural faults and defects
  • Defects from reasonable usage

What isn't covered?

  • Accidental damage
  • Broken glass
  • Cosmetic marks and peeling from use (scratches and coating)
  • Rust spot marks on stainless steel products - this is caused by products not being dried correctly or being used with damaging detergent. See our product page FAQ's
  • Damage from dishwasher cleaning (hand wash only products)
We manufacture many products that contain glass and it is the most common form of damage. Due to the nature of glass there are many variables that can cause breakage. We use a high grade heat resistant borosilicate glass but this does not mean it is resistant to breakage. We always suggest buying spares with your initial purchase, particularly if you are not based in the UK and face higher shipping costs. If you sign up for our coffee club you can also enjoy 20% savings on spares and repairs to prolong the life of your products and save you money.
