If you wish to return your bundle, you can do so by logging into your account and requesting a return on the order. This is a passwordless login, so just ensure you are using the email address you used to place the order.
We are happy to offer an exchange or full refund for any bundle that does not contain coffee, as long as it is returned to us unused and in it's original packaging.
Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges on coffee as it is a food item. If you wish to return a coffee maker that is part of a bundle, please get in touch with the team on hello@baristaandco.com and we can arrange this for you.
