Expensive perhaps, but produces coffee effectively. The glass is vulnerable, however, and thus I purchased the jug alone.

Has the combination of flavours I really like

Love the press, exactly what I was looking for--box it came in was absolutely crushed. A shame because I could see myself ordering the larger size, but it does feel a little risky considering I'm surprised the first one arrived unbroken.

I appreciate the desire for environmentally friendly packaging, but when it comes to glassware a fragile sticker might go a long way in ensuring things make it across the pond in one piece.

Amended stars in review as the company reached out very promptly and let me know they were going to do something about packaging. Makes me feel much more secure in future purchases knowing that customer service is very quick and willing to assist.

I have been very impressed with this jug. The milk consistency has greatly improved when steaming and the sharper spout definitely has allowed more accuracy, when working on art.

One of only a few I have ever tried in various countries that is that tasty: for me excellent! Plus service is great. Price is reasonable, and the "Free Beans" points are worth collecting for discounts.

This is a great product, and I don't think it is possible to do better at the price. It works well, the grind size adjustments are clear and easy to use. I measure about 2g loss between the weight of beans and weight of the ground coffee, which is fine. Recommended.
