If you don't love your Strong Brew, send it back. It's as simple as that. With our No Quibble Guarantee, you can try the Strong Brew coffee maker for up to 14 days. If you find that this isn't the coffee maker for you, you can send it back for a full refund.

Once dispatched, you have 14 days to try the Strong Brew. If you need any advice on brewing the perfect Strong Brew coffee, you can watch our tutorial here or email us at hello@baristaandco.com.

If you decide the Strong Brew isn't for you, please fill in the form above and a member of the team will be in touch with next steps.

It is your responsibility to return the product to us. Ideally, this will be in original packaging however we do accept returns under the No Quibble Guarantee whether you have the box or not (please refer to FAQs below). We recommend using a tracked service and retaining any proof of postage.

We will process your refund once we receive the goods. We aim to do this as quickly as possible for you, however it may take 1-3 working days to clear depending on your bank.

How long do I have to return my Strong Brew if I don't like it?

You have 14 days from the date of dispatch to try the product. If it's not for you, please fill in the form above and we will email you next steps.

Can I return the Strong Brew coffee maker without the box?

Yes, you can return your Strong Brew without the original packaging and still qualify for the No Quibble Guarantee. In instance where the return is missing a box or informational leaflet, the cost of the packaging replacement will be deducted from your refund.
