How To Return/Exchange
Thank you for shopping with Barista & Co. We're sorry your purchase isn't right for you.
Please read our returns policy before requesting a return or exchange. If your request does not meet our policy requirements it will be rejected.
For UK Returns/Exchanges:
- Please login to Your Account using the email associated with the order, you do not need a password and will be sent a passcode
- Find the order and click Request Return
- Select the reason for return and add any notes you would like to include
- Await confirmation from us before returning any items
- If approved please send items back to the returns address below
- If you are returning to exchange your item(s), we will refund you in full for your initial order and send a link to make payment for the new item(s), you won't be charged a second delivery charge
