How To Return/Exchange

Thank you for shopping with Barista & Co. We're sorry your purchase isn't right for you.

Please read our returns policy before requesting a return or exchange. If your request does not meet our policy requirements it will be rejected.

For UK Returns/Exchanges:

  1. Please login to Your Account using the email associated with the order, you do not need a password and will be sent a passcode
  2. Find the order and click Request Return
  3. Select the reason for return and add any notes you would like to include
  4. Await confirmation from us before returning any items
  5. If approved please send items back to the returns address below
  6. If you are returning to exchange your item(s), we will refund you in full for your initial order and send a link to make payment for the new item(s), you won't be charged a second delivery charge
