Delivery Details

We dispatch all our UK orders through Royal Mail 24 or 48. If you would like an expedited service we are happy to do this for a small charge at the checkout.

Expedited delivery - Royal Mail 24 - £5.95 (orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched on the following working day)

60 Day Free Returns 
We try to provide as much information as possible so you get the product that is right for you. We always recommend that you consider how you like your coffee and read our brew scale before buying any brewing products. If you don't feel the product you receive is right for you, don't worry, just sent it back. All we ask is that it is unused and in the original packaging.  

Barista&Co are committed to providing excellent customer service and for this reason we offer a 60-day money back guarantee on unwanted and unused products. The 60 days start from the day that you order the product from Barista&Co. Please note products must be unused and in a saleable condition in the original packaging.
Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. For this reason please ensure that all unwanted products are unused, in the original packaging and this packaging has not been damaged. We would ask that you take care not to apply tape or labels to the returned product and ensure you wrap them well when sending back to Barista&Co. 
The product/parcel is your responsibility until it reaches Barista&Co so please ensure it is well wrapped and protected for transit by your chosen carrier. 
If you are returning a product that is faulty or has been sent in error then Barista&Co will pay reasonable return postage costs. For UK Mainland and UK non Mainland reasonable is deemed to be Royal Mail 2nd class and please ensure you have proof of postage.  
We cannot process your return until we receive the product so please allow a few days for delivery to take place. We aim to make all refunds within 3 working days of receiving the product back from you but our terms and conditions state refunds will be made within 14 days.

3 Year Guarantee 
Here at Barista&Co we believe in selling products that we would want to be sold so they have to function well and last the test of time. That said we live in the real world and every now and then faults do happen but we will always be here to help. We offer a three year guarantee on most of our products and should you have any issues, please contact us and we would be happy to help. It's also important to remember that we offer a 60 days free returns service so you can buy with confidence (please see above) 

We only offer this guarantee on products purchased through our website (, if you have purchased from another retailer you will have to review their returns policy.  

The guarantee omits the products listed below as they have been designed specifically with replacement parts or consumables that should not be used for 3 years.  

  • Paper filters
  • Products with nylon filters (Brew It Stick) 
  • Coffee press stainless steel filters 
  • Glass components 

What faults are covered?  

  • Structural faults and defects
  • Defects from reasonable usage  

What isn't covered? 

  •  Accidental damage
  • Broken glass 
  • Cosmetic marks from use (scratches and coating) 
  • Damage from dishwasher cleaning (hand wash only products) 
How do I return my product?
  • Print out and complete the Returns Form ensuring all the required details are completed
  • We are happy to email a returns form if you contact our customer service team.
  • Please take care in completing the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or like for like replacement
  • Carefully pack the product and include the completed returns form
  • Address to the returns department at Hot Plate Products and send back via your chosen courier
  • Returns can also be made in person at the address below
  • Once received we will contact you to acknowledge receipt and the next steps
  • If a refund is required this will be processed back to the card used to make payment
If you would like to exchange for another product we will refund you for this order and a separate order will need to be placed, our customer service team can help you with this.  We cannot guarantee that replacement requests or product exchanges will be possible due to potential stock constraints however we will immediately check stock levels and provide an estimated delivery date whether in stock or out of stock.
