Ringwood (Hampshire) - Franchisee
Our showroom in Ringwood has been offering our retail products and freshly roasted coffee for 18 months and we are now going to give someone the opportunity to use our resources as a coffee shop. The space already has the best in class equipment from Victoria Arduino, Marco and Eureka.
Although we have only used the space as a showroom and event space we always sweat the details so that means we have excellent water filtration, ceramics from Loveramics and everything needed to serve premium speciality coffee the way it should be. The site will allow for up to 30 covers and offers a unique location with takeaway opportunities. Due to the size of the site it would work well for an owner operator without the requirement for a large team.
What do we bring to the party?

• Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) training
• Menu creation and marketing support
• Subsidised rent (and rent free period) and revenue contribution
• The option to work events for Barista & Co
• 10% commission on all retail sales (hardware and coffee) - no purchasing required
