Many of our discount codes are time specific so please check any literature or email to see if the code is still valid. Our discount codes are for specific products or ranges and the code will not work for items that are not included in the promotion. Some of our discount codes also have quantity restrictions and may be limited to one order or product per person. 

Occasionally the issue with codes can be due to browser issues so please try applying the discount code in incognito mode. If you are still having issues, please email hello@baristaandco.com.

Yes, we offer a one off 10% discount code on all full price items. The code is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional code and does not include items in the Archive Sale. To receive your code, please email hello@baristaandco.com from your NHS or services email. When we receive this we will send you a discount code.

Yes, we offer a price match guarantee in the UK only. We will match the delivered cost for the specific item. We will not match the price if it is a different size, model or colour. Please check the total delivered cost at another retailer before submitting a price match request. We will only match the price of items that are in stock and advertised with immediate availability. We do not price match used or refurbished items sold on marketplaces. 

To submit a price match request, please complete this form. If your request is approved, we will email you a one off discount code to use to complete your purchase.

Unfortunately any promotion is time sensitive and once it has expired, we are no longer able to access the offer. We are also unable to offer retrospective discounts once you have purchased an item.
