Product Faults & Guarantee
Yes, we will always replace products that are faulty or damaged. Please login to your account and state you have received a faulty product and one of our team will contact you to arrange a replacement product. If we require the faulty or damaged item to be sent back, we will provide you with a free returns shipping label.
If the item is unused and was damaged or faulty then you have 30 days from the date of the order to report the issue to us.
If the transaction and payment for one of our items was made with another retailer and not on baristaandco.com then you should contact the retailer directly. If you are within our standard manufacturers guarantee of 1 year they should offer a replacement. Please note you should check to see what is covered by the guarantee before contacting the retailer.
Our guarantee covers all mechanical and structural product faults. We do not guarantee against cosmetic damage or accidental damage. We do not offer a guarantee if defects have occurred due to a failure to follow the care instructions. Please note the guarantee shown on the baristaandco.com website is only for purchases made on that website.
We do not offer a guarantee on glass, paper filters or stainless steel coffee press filters.
The specific product guarantee can be found on the product page. If it is not stated the product is covered by our standard manufacturing guarantee of 1 year. If we have provided you with a replacement product this does not extend the guarantee period beyond the original 1 year guarantee.
We do not offer extended guarantees.
We offer spares for most of our products and you can find the available spares listed on the product page and in the spares category on our website. If the part you require is not listed then unfortunately we do not have it available.
