Returns & Exchanges

To return a product you have to login to your order account and request a return. You do not need a password, just the email address that you used when placing the order. An access code can then be sent to that email address or a mobile telephone number.

We have a 30 day return period that starts on the date of the order. We do not offer an exception to this policy.

We would suggest checking your order first to ensure the item received was not the item that you ordered. If the wrong item has been sent you can login to your account and request a return. Our team will check the return and once approved a free returns label will be sent by email so you can have the item collected. Once the collection has been confirmed, we will send you the correct item.

We don’t charge to restock the returned item, we simply pass on the return delivery cost of £3.95.

Yes, we are happy to exchange the item for you as long as it meets our return terms and conditions. You can request an exchange by logging in to your account. We will then contact you to confirm the replacement item you would like.

Yes, we are happy for you to send the item back as long as it meets our return terms and conditions and is within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns for outlet sale items or items marked as “sold as seen”. You can request a return by logging in to your account. One of the team will review the request and if approved, we will send you a return shipping label. This is charged at £3.95.

Please note we cannot accept returns for coffee for health and safety reasons.

We will process a refund within 5 working days of your item being received at our warehouse. If you have not received a refund, please check the return tracking to see if we have received the item back. If you have not received a refund within 5 working days of the item return, please email hello@baristaandco.com and we will resolve the issue.
