This is the replacement grinder unit for the Core All Grind (BC920-019)

The Core All Grind in an electric coffee grinder with hardened stainless steel conical burrs. Over time, depending on use, the burrs may begin to blunt and you'll notice it takes longer to grind your coffee than it used to. This is a sign that it's time to replace the conical burr unit, which will get your grinder back in shape in no time!

The unit can easily be replaced with the press of a button and twist which means there is no need for any tools.

The Core All Grind was designed with removable burrs to make it easier to clean, but it also means it's easy to replace them if something goes wrong. Simply hold down the button located by the padlock icons, twist and remove. The old burrs will come off easily and you will be able to attach your new set.

 

What are conical burrs?

Conical burrs are a type of grinding mechanism used in coffee grinders, featuring two cone-shaped burrs—one stationary and one rotating—that crush and grind coffee beans between them to achieve a consistent and uniform particle size for brewing.

Are conical burrs better than blades?

Conical burrs are generally considered superior to blades for coffee grinding due to their ability to produce a more consistent and uniform grind size, resulting in better extraction and flavour in brewed coffee; blades, on the other hand, can create uneven particle sizes, leading to inconsistent extraction and potentially affecting the taste of the coffee.

Is this spare part compatible with the Core All Grind Plus?

Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch on the following working day. Our carriers will attempt to deliver twice and also leave a collection card. If they are unable to deliver and you do not collect your parcel, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay any additional delivery charge.

Please note: once your order has been placed it is unlikely we will be able to change it as our warehouse processes orders immediately. 

International Orders

  • We deliver internationally through Royal Mail International Standard
    • Europe delivery 3-5 working days
    • Worldwide delivery 6-7 working days
  • For international shipments outside of our delivery countries please contact Forward2Me or another parcel forwarder
  • Depending on your delivery location you may be required to pay import duties and charges
  • It is your responsibility to return any unwanted items before a refund will be processed

Exchanges & Refunds

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30 days returns policy and we will offer a refund or exchange as long as we receive the goods back within 30 days of the delivery date. 

Please ensure you say whether you require a refund or exchange in the notes. 


Unwanted Items

  • The product and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect saleable condition
  • Tapes or labels must not be applied to the product packaging
  • Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by your handling
  • If you would like to exchange or send an undamaged and unused item back, you are responsible for the delivery back to Barista & Co Coffee and any associated delivery fee for the replacement. You should ensure you have a proof of postage and insurance.
  • We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for coffee as it is a foodstuff
  • We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for gift cards or customised products
  • If you have ordered multiple items and request a refund for part of the order you will be charged £3.95 if this takes the original order value below our free delivery value of £40, this is not charged if you request an exchange
  • Exchanges and refunds can only be process after you request a refund through your account
  • Items sent back without a request will not be processed and you will be liable to pay shipping if you would like the goods back
    • Your refund or exchange will be provided once the goods have been received and inspected
    • For exchanges we will not charge delivery for the second order as long as the value is over £20
    • From your request we aim to process refunds within 5 working days however your bank may also take time to process the refund
    • If you have not received a refund within 10 days, please email hello@baristaandco.com

     

    Damaged or Wrong Items Delivered

    • If you receive a damaged or broken item we will happily replace this for you
    • A replacement request must be submitted through your account
    • Once submitted we may request photographic evidence of the damage
    • We aim to dispatch replacements within 3 working days of submission
    • If we have sent the wrong item please submit a request through your account
    • Once processed we will provide a free returns label and kindly ask you send the item back to us

    Cancelled Orders

    • We process all orders immediately and we are unable to prevent shipments so please take care ordering the correct item
    • Once you receive your delivery, you are able to return as part of our unwanted item policy
    • It is your responsibility to pay the return shipping cost
