There can be little doubt preparing the perfect pour over takes a little care and attention but the reward is a moment to take pride in the brew you are making by hand.
The Core Pour Over was designed to achieve the optimum flow rate to give a balanced cup of coffee through even extraction.
- Better Tasting Coffee - Pour over coffee is the go-to brewing method for baristas across the world when they want to make a complex yet affordable coffee. The Core Pour Over reduces the contact between the brewer and the paper filter (sold separately) to optimise the flow rate for a clean, balanced and consistently excellent coffee
- Simple & Easy to Use - compatible with size 2 cone filter papers (e.g. V60) all you have to do is put the paper filter into the brewer, add your coffee, pour over your hot water and leave to drip through. When you are finished you can discard the compostable materials, give a quick rinse and go again.
- Versatile for Various Sizes - The Core Pour Over allows you to change many variables for your coffee from grind size, water temperature and water volume so you can find your own optimum brew whether that is a light or velvety. You can also control the amount of coffee you make with the ability to make up to 4 cups.
- Lightweight, Rust Resistant & Durable - made from premium coated 18/8 stainless steel the brewer is sturdy enough to be used on a large glass serving jug while the easy view design means you can also use it on a single mug or cup while observing the fill level
- Easy to Grip - The easy grip handles can be used to flatten the bed of the coffee before or during brewing or to agitate (move) the coffee for an even extraction. They also allow the brewer to be removed after use without being too hot to hold

Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch on the following working day. Our carriers will attempt to deliver twice and also leave a collection card. If they are unable to deliver and you do not collect your parcel, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay any additional delivery charge.
Please note: once your order has been placed it is unlikely we will be able to change it, please call 01202 619 500 and we will try to prevent dispatch.
International Orders
- At present we do not offer delivery outside of the UK
- For international shipments please contact Forward2Me or another parcel forwarder

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have a 30 days returns policy and we will offer a refund or exchange as long as we receive the goods back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure you say whether you require a refund or exchange in the notes.
Unwanted Items
- The product and retail packaging must be unused and in perfect saleable condition
- Tapes or labels must not be applied to the product packaging
- Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by your handling
- If you would like to exchange or send an undamaged and unused item back, you are responsible for the delivery back to Barista & Co Coffee and any associated delivery fee for the replacement. You should ensure you have a proof of postage and insurance.
- We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for coffee as it is a foodstuff
- We cannot offer exchanges and refunds for gift cards or customised products
- If you have ordered multiple items and request a refund for part of the order you will be charged £3.95 if this takes the original order value below our free delivery value of £40, this is not charged if you request an exchange
- Exchanges and refunds can only be process after you request a refund through your account
- Items sent back without a request will not be processed and you will be liable to pay shipping if you would like the goods back
- Your refund or exchange will be provided once the goods have been received and inspected
- For exchanges we will provide a full refund and then send a link to the item(s) you require so you can make payment for that item, we will not charge delivery for the second order as long as the value is over £20
- From your request we aim to process refunds within 5 working days however your bank may also take time to process the refund

Damaged or Wrong Items Delivered
- If you receive a damaged or broken item we will happily replace this for you
- A replacement request must be submitted through your account
- Once submitted we may request photographic evidence of the damage
- We aim to dispatch replacements within 3 working days of submission
- If we have sent the wrong item please submit a request through your account
- Once processed we will provide a free returns label and kindly ask you send the item back to us
